Seismic Screening Study to quantify the vulnerability of non-structural building components and contents during a seismic event at this 834,000 SF hospital in Little Rock, AR.  Examined existing construction drawings, conducted visual surveys, collected photographic documentation, quantified deficiencies, and prepared cost estimates for seismic upgrades. Screening included evaluating glazing, facades, elevators, parapets, contents and light fixtures to see if they need bracing, reinforcing, or other restraints to prevent the item from being damaged, or damaging other items, during an earthquake.
