New Madrid Seismic Zone and Puerto Rico
Seismic screening (studies) to quantify the vulnerability of non-structural building components and contents during a seismic event. These studies were conducted at the Main VA Medical Centers in San Juan (PR), Little Rock and North Little Rock (AR), St. Louis - Jefferson Barracks Division and John Cochrane Division, John J. Pershing – Poplar Bluff (MO), and the VA Medical Center in Marion (IL). Deficiencies were quantified and construction estimates were generated.
