Structural Peer Review of construction documents including plans, specifications, and cost estimates for an approximately 95 acre, phase 1 new cemetery development set to open in 2015. Project included a steel framed administration building with masonry shear walls and columns founded on reinforced concrete spread footings, a maintenance building framed with masonry walls and cold formed steel trusses, and various masonry outbuildings.
